Nutrisystem RESULTS! Week Sixteen – #NSNation!

So, you now know that I have officially become a Nutrisystem Blogger – and my husband is joining me in my journey! Each week, we will update you on our progress, success and even our failures.

Here is how we did on the plan this week:



This Week’s Weight Loss: .5 Pounds
Total Weight Loss: 9 Pounds

I am so excited with the weight loss that I have had.  This week, I lost another .5 pounds!  We did pretty well on the plan and I found some new addons that I really like.  I have been using almonds as one of my power fuels and I love it!

The Food:

My Favorite Breakfast Food: Chocolate Muffin
My Favorite Lunch Food: Chicken Quesadillas
My Favorite Dinner Food: Turkey Pepperoni Pizza (and I don’t usually like pepperoni!)
My Favorite Snack: Fudge Brownie



This Week’s Weight Loss: 0 Pound
Total Weight Loss: 28 Pounds

This week was more difficult for Doug and he didn’t stay on the plan like he usually does.  He will make up for it next week, though!  I think it is normal to have off weeks sometimes – and this was his first one!

The Food:

Doug’s Favorite Breakfast Food: Homestyle Pancakes
Doug’s Favorite Lunch Food: Three Cheese Chicken
Doug’s Favorite Dinner Food: Lasagna
Doug’s Favorite Snack: Golden Pound Cake
