Nutrisystem RESULTS, Week Two – #NSNation!

So, you now know that I have officially become a Nutrisystem Blogger – and my husband is joining me in my journey! Each week, we will update you on our progress, success and even our failures.

Here is how we did on the plan this week:



This Week’s Weight Loss: 2 Pounds
Total Weight Loss: 2 Pounds

This week, I saw some weight loss on the scale!  I am so excited to see that number going in the right direction!  I am up to an hour on the Elliptical and have been continuing my Pilates as well.  This past week, I only drank TWO Dr. Peppers!  If you knew me, you would know how HUGE of an accomplishment that is. 

I am happy with the plan, to say the least.  I also want to thank everyone who has commented your words of encouragements.  These really help us go strong through the week.  This week, I REALLY wanted to take a detour from the plan.  Then, I realized that I am making choices and forming habits right now that will last my whole life.  I am worth it and I can’t wait to share the rest of my journey with you. 

The Food:

My Favorite Breakfast Food: Banana Nut Muffin
My Favorite Lunch Food: Frozen Chicken Quesadillas
My Favorite Dinner Food: Chicken and Dumplings
My Favorite Snack: Fudge Brownie
My Least Favorite food: Arroz Con Pollo



This Week’s Weight Loss:  2 Pounds
Total Weight Loss: 8 Pounds

Doug’s weight has been up and down a lot this week.  I think that has to do with the fact that he has returned to his exercise plan.  My husband does have some weight to lose, but he is also very muscular.  He used to weight train consistently, so now when he restarts a training plan, his muscles grow very quickly. 

This week, Doug tried the Strawberry protein drink for the first time and he loved them.  The protein drinks on the Nutrisystem plan are a great addition to the breakfasts.  They offer the fuel that is necessary to get in a good workout.

Doug’s Favorite Dinner Food: Chicken Pasta Parmesan
Doug’s Least Favorite Food: Sausage Patty
