Yes, it is true!  I have officially become a Nutrisystem Blogger – and my husband will be joining me in my journey!  I am so excited!  The great thing is that Doug and I will both be following the plan!  So, you will get both a male AND a female perspective on the program, its benefits, challenges and more!  Each week, we will update you on our progress, success and even our failures.  
 

A little about us:

Jessica:

I (Jessica) have been working towards losing the last of my baby weight and it is LONG overdue!  Like some people, I never struggled with my weight until after pregnancy.  My kiddos are 11 months apart, so I was pregnant for almost 2 years in a row.  I know, I know… but I wouldn't change it for ANYTHING!  I have lost weight, but I am still not back to my pre-pregnancy weight.  It seems that the more weight I lose… the harder it is to continue losing.  That is where I am hopeful that Nutrisystem will come in!

Doug:

Doug struggled with his weight a lot growing up.  It wasn't until sometime in high school that he got his weight under control.  After high school and into college, however, he packed on some pounds.  When we were following an eating plan together, we had some success and he did lose a good amount of weight.  Our lives are substantially busier now and it is harder and harder to carefully watch what we eat.  He is excited about being able to take Nutrisystem "on the go" to work for lunch.  He is also looking forward to not having to worry about nutritional values and the calories that are in his meals!  Nutrisystem is specifically formulated for losing weight – so you just eat and go!
