Nutrisystem RESULTS! Week Nineteen – #NSNation!
So, you now know that I have officially become a Nutrisystem Blogger – and my husband is joining me in my journey! Each week, we will update you on our progress, success and even our failures.

This Week’s Weight Loss: .5 Pound
Total Weight Loss: 11.5 Pounds
I lost a half of a pound this week! It is really an interesting thing to see how you look once you lose weight. I really thought that my calves were 100% free of fat, but they have actually gotten smaller this week! I am excited to be continuing my journey with Nutrisystem!
The Food:
My Favorite Breakfast Food: Apple Strudel Scone
My Favorite Lunch Food: Meatball Parmesan Melt
My Favorite Dinner Food: Chicken and Dumplings
My Favorite Snack: Ice Cream Sandwich

This Week’s Weight Loss: .5 Pound
Total Weight Loss: 29.5 Pounds
Doug also lost a half of a pound on the plan this week. We are already surprised at the size of shirts that he is wearing now, and I think that he will get into a smaller size than he has ever been in very soon. !
